• Account information: name, email address, password, phone number, and business details (company name, DOT/MC number, business address) when you create an account.
• Insurance information: your insurance provider, policy number, coverage dates, and insurance company contact details, which we require to approve rental requests.
• Identity and insurance documents: a copy of your driver's license and proof of insurance, uploaded when applying to rent a vehicle.
• Rental request details: the vehicle, dates, and any notes you submit when requesting a rental, along with odometer readings you report during an active rental.
• Contact form submissions: your name, email, phone, company, and message when you contact us through the site.
• Account activity: login sessions are maintained using cookies required for you to stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How We Use Your Information

• To review and process rental applications and requests;
• To verify insurance coverage and driver eligibility before approving a rental;
• To communicate with you about your account, application, or an active rental;
• To track vehicle mileage and maintenance needs; and
• To respond to messages sent through the contact form.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Account data, documents, and rental records are stored with Supabase, our database and file storage provider, using access controls that limit who can view your information: you can see your own data, and 4Front Fleet staff can see what's needed to review applications and manage rentals. Uploaded documents (driver's license, proof of insurance) are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible.

No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us run the site (such as our database/hosting provider and, if enabled, a spam-protection service on our forms), who only access information as needed to provide their service;
• Insurance carriers or law enforcement when necessary to investigate an accident, claim, or violation of the Rental Agreement; and
• Others when required by law or legal process.

Your Choices

You can review and update most of your account information, insurance details, and documents at any time from your account dashboard. To request that we delete your account or the information we hold about you, contact us using the details below — we'll respond except where we're required or permitted to keep certain records (for example, rental and insurance records related to a completed rental).

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business use by commercial drivers and companies. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
